UK & Ireland Standard Delivery: Free, 5-10 working days 

EU Standard Delivery: Free, 5-14 working days 

Rest of World Standard Delivery: Free, 5-14 working days 

Special Order Delivery: Free, times may vary 

 

2. Exceptions to Delivery Times 

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by: 

  • Product availability 

  • Bespoke or customised products and special order items 

  • Delivery location 

  • Customs clearance processes for international deliveries 

  • Events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, and public holidays 

For Bespoke or customised products and special order items, an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at the time of purchase where possible. 

 

3. Multiple Item Orders 

Where an order contains multiple items: 

  • We may dispatch items separately to ensure available products are delivered as quickly as possible. 

  • There will be no additional delivery charge for split shipments. 

  • If an order contains a Bespoke or customised products and special order item, delivery of that item may take longer than standard stock items. 

  • You will be notified if there is a significant delay affecting part of your order.
